This year, our strategies and execution look different than ever before, as we adapt to a virtual environment and aim to reach remote employees. But our end goal is the same: inspire greater giving. Responding flexibly to this environment was critical for our internal workplace campaign, [email protected] , which recently surpassed a cumulative pledge total of $1 million, and the ability to adjust well will be imperative for all employee engagement efforts during this time. As the world continues to grapple with a global health crisis and our nation confronts racial injustice, the need to support philanthropic causes is even greater.
